This example shows binding with a JDBC datasource. Here are the steps to recreate:
- Choose the "Connect to DataSource" button
- Configure a JDBC datasource and fetch
- Drag a dataset key from the Keys Browser
- Select "Binder" from the DatasetKey Panel
- Drag in application components
- Drag dataset keys onto application components
In this case we connected to an online movies database with a movies fetch, dragged in a movie title list and text fields for title, show date and revenue (along with a slider). The finishing touch was an image placeholder for the movie poster (with a reflection filter).
